EMCview display issue on Lenovo X1 Carbon gen 4 & gen 5

Post by pythzepf »

Hello,

I recently purchased the EMCview liecence from Batronix and I'm having the following issue. On two separate up-to-date laptops (Lenovo X1 Carbon gen 4 and gen 5, latest and updated Win 10) and separate installs half of the right hand menu is missing due to some display issue. Please see the image attached. I've tried both installs from Batronix website and from Tekbox website. Both installs are same version, V08.30 NSIS 32b, the issue persists. I tried various screen resolutions with no avail. Please advise, thank you.

Here is the X1 Carbon gen 4 Dxdiag outtake:
Card name: Intel(R) HD Graphics 520
Chip type: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family
DAC type: Internal

Native Mode: 2560 x 1440(p) (60.004Hz)
HDR Support: Not Supported
Device Type: Full Device (POST)

Hello,
try to create an ini file (emc_set.ini) with the following content and place it in the EmcView directory. Adjust the dpi value.

HighDpi_Shift=100
